TUNE UP

Approximately every 5k (5000) miles is what the factory recommended service schedule is based upon. To ensure that the proper maintenance is kept on your motorcycle this is in fact the guideline we follow. Engine, Transmission, and Primary(if applicable) fluids are changed along with corresponding engine gaskets and o-rings, the air filter is serviced and a multi-point inspection is performed to determine the best condition of other components on the motorcycle. Other elements/components may be changed depending upon mileage and where your machine is on the recommended service schedule. No tune up is set in stone, all aspects of the routine tune up can be changed/altered to fit your personal needs.

 

OIL CHANGE

Whether conventional or synthetic motor oil we have exactly what you need. Engine oil is replaced along with the engine oil filter and drain plug o-ring(if applicable).  

 

VALVE ADJUSTMENT

Noisy engine chatter? Perhaps it's time for a valve adjustment, allow one of our skilled and trained technicians to check your motorcycle engine top end  to determine if an adjustment is necessary.

 

BELT, CHAIN, AND SPROCKET REPLACEMENT

Whether you ride your steel horse hard and put away wet or cruise into the sunset with nothing but freedom on your mind eventually your motorcycle will need a belt, chain, or sprocket replacement. Allow one of our skilled and trained technicians to access the situation and make the necessary decision to change the belt, chain or sprocket to insure the maximum performance of your machine.

 

ON/OFF BIKE TIRE SERVICE & CHANGE

If you have a tire that needs to be changed, on or off the motorcycle, front or rear tire, our skilled and trained technicians are more than capable of completing the task.

 

DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATION

Is your motorcycle making a strange noise, not performing as well as before, or perhaps leaking fluids on your storage facility floor? No worries bring it to our skilled and trained technicians for a proper diagnostic evaluation. They will conduct a multi-point inspection to determine the source of the issue and make the necessary repairs upon verification from you the customer.   

 

FORK SERVICE

Includes disassembling, cleaning and inspection of components, and reassembly with install of new seals, bushings, and oil.

 

 

SHOCK SERVICE

Includes disassembling, cleaning and inspection of components, and reassembly with install of new seals, bushings, oil, and properly setting nitrogen pressure if applicable.

 

 

SUSPENSION PERFORMANCE UPGRADE

Let our skilled and trained technicians calculate the correct spring to weight ratio to insure the best set-up for you personal application; weather it be for an all out racing application or for the customer who just has a little extra weight and wants to make the long haul a little more comfortable.

 

SPRING/SHOCK SERVICE

Raising or lowering your motorcycle? Allow our skilled and trained technicians to access your application and guide you in the right direction to select the proper fitment.

 

CHASSIS LUBE AND MAINTENANCE

The suspension will only work as good as the related chassis parts and bearings will allow it. Dry or worn out bearings make for a really rough ride. Routine greasing and torque will help keep your suspension working smoothly.

CUSTOM SUSPENSION FITMENT AND SETUP

Includes adjusting front and rear spring pre-load for proper ride height and sag. We'll also adjust the compression and rebound to good starting point.

 

TOP END

Typical top end service includes removal of cylinder head, valves, piston, and cylinder. Our technicians will inspect and measure valves, valve seats, valve guides, cam(s), piston, cylinder, and connecting rod.

 

BOTTOM END

A bottom end service includes complete disassembly of the motor. Cleaning and inspecting all parts and components. Removal and install of bearings, transmission, clutch, crankshaft, etc.

 

ENGINE PERFORMANCE UPGRADE

Our performance mods can help you get the extra power that you're looking for. We offer cylinder head porting, performance cam installs, high compression pistons, big bore kits, performance connecting rod kits, crankshaft lightening and balancing, performance clutch installs, ceramic bearings, etc.
